3-year B.Sc. (Hons.) program in Biotechnology is being conducted in this college since 2001 under the Department of Botany (Now called Department of Botany & Biotechnology). We claim that it is one of our best courses for young and bright students who want to persue a career in the area of Modern Biology that includes Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
After your I.Sc. with Biology, you can join 3-year degree program in Biotechnology. Several of our bright students who passed out B.Sc. Biotechnology from here are doing excellent in their career in pharmaceuticals, industry and research organizations. We are now in the process of starting M.Sc. program in Biotechnology soon.

In addition to your graduate (Hons.) degree even in any tradional Science subject, you can have now an an Advance Diploma in Bioinformatics from this college.
